York Builders Association Presents Annual Parade of Homes
21 new and remodeled homes in York County will open their doors for free self-guided tours on September 15 and 16, from 10am – 5pm. For nearly three decades, the York Builders Association and its members have been hosting the York Parade of Homes. This year’s event is presented by Traditions Mortgage, a division of York Traditions Bank.
Local Builders And Chefs Team Up For Annual Chefs On Parade Event
YORK, PA – As a special preview to the York Builders Association’s annual Parade of Homes, five new and remodeled home projects will be featured in the Chefs on Parade event on September 13, from 5 – 9 p.m.

York Builders Association To Host Training On New Building Codes
YORK, PA – For the first time in nearly a decade, new construction codes will go into effect in Pennsylvania on October 1, 2018. As a result of the PA Uniform Construction Code (UCC) Review and Advisory Council’s (RAC) report submitted to the Department of Labor and Industry on May 1, the majority of provisions contained in the 2015 International Code Council (CC) Model Codes will be adopted.
