YORK, PA – As a special preview to the York Builders Associations annual Parade of Homes, five new and remodeled home projects will be featured in the Chefs on Parade event on September 13, from 5 9 p.m.
Each of the five participating Chefs on Parade entries has selected a local restaurant or chef to prepare a taste of some of their signature dishes and beverage samples. Consumers can chat with home builders and remodelers to find out first-hand what makes their projects special while sampling some of the best cuisine that York has to offer.
2018 Chefs on Parade Participants:
- Red Oak Remodeling will host The Paddock on Market
- Stonewall Design & Construction will host The Wrightsville Inn Grille & Drafthouse
- Landis Custom Cabinetry & Woodworking LLC will host Iron Horse York
- Berks Homes will host Tutonis Restaurant
- Kohr & Sons, LLC will host Tasteful Occasions Catering
Chefs on Parade tickets are $25 and include entry into all five homes in the Chefs on Parade tour. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Salvation Army of York. Tickets are limited and available online at yorkbuilders.com. Special thanks to Chefs on Parade presenting sponsor, Columbia Gas of PA.
The 2018 Parade of Homes features 21 new and remodeled homes & projects and takes place September 15 and 16 from 10 a.m. 5 p.m. Presented by Traditions Mortgage, a division of York Traditions Bank, the Parade of Homes is free to the public no tickets are necessary.
