21 new and remodeled homes in York County will open their doors for free self-guided tours on September 15 and 16, from 10 a.m. 5 p.m. For nearly three decades, the York Builders Association and its members have been hosting the York Parade of Homes. This years event is presented by Traditions Mortgage, a division of York Traditions Bank.
Our members are incredibly committed to their industry and the community, and the Parade of Homes is a wonderful opportunity for them to showcase their work. Its also a great way for homeowners, potential homeowners – even do-it-yourselfers – to see some of the excellent craftsmanship first-hand, check out whats trending in home design and get inspiration for their projects, said YBA Executive Vice President Laurie Lourie.
The Parade of Homes is free to the public no tickets are necessary. Consumers may start at any location and visit all 21 projects or just a few select locations. For a complete list of homes and projects on tour, visit yorkparadeofhomes.com A mapping tool is also available to map routes to selected homes.
