The York Builders Association (YBA), the York County PA community’s resource for the home building & remodeling industry, recently installed Joseph Miller of J.E. Miller Services as the 2024 President. Miller will serve as President of the YBA Board of Directors for a term of one year.
Joseph Miller is the Owner of J.E. Miller Services, a kitchen, bathroom, and whole house remodeling company serving York, Adams, and Lancaster County. Motivated by his grandfather’s influence, Miller entered the building trades. Following years of experience in the field, he took the entrepreneurial path and established his own company.
Miller is deeply committed to advancing workforce development and is currently an instructor for the building trades pre-apprenticeship program at YBA Workforce NOW® Foundation. He has taken on various responsibilities within the Board of Directors and, in his capacity as President, will bring leadership to the association’s 370 members. He aims to contribute to the organization’s success by collaborating with Executive Vice President Laurie Lourie and a 20-member Board of Directors.

Together, we will build on our successes, forge new partnerships, and navigate challenges with resilience.
