The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry Schools-to-Work Program recently awarded a $250,000 grant to partner host organizations YBA Workforce NOW® Foundation and the York County Alliance for Learning (YCAL) for their Building Trades Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
