This award is part of the PEAK Achievement Awards, presented annually by YBA. The Mack Smith Award recognizes an individual’s commitment to the goals and objectives of the Association and their contribution to the Association, the profession, and their community.

Consumers in York County, along with industry professionals from across Pennsylvania have spoken and the York Builders Association is pleased to announce the 2018 PEAK Achievement Award winners. These awards recognize excellence in all aspects of the building industry, from building, remodeling, and outdoor projects to design and service to the community. Winners were honored at the 2018 PEAK Achievement Awards Banquet on May 10 at the Out Door Country Club in York.
Skilled labor in residential construction is a commodity in short supply and the York Builders Association (YBA) is looking to change that by launching their first annual Construction Career Day events on April 16, 17 & 18. The objective of the program is to build awareness among high school students about the diverse career opportunities available to them locally in the construction industry.
