A Request for Electronic Voting
In accordance with Article V of the York Builders Association’s (YBA) Constitution and Article XV of the current YBA Bylaws, A request was made to hold an electronic vote for the proposed amendments to the Bylaws. A vote of two-thirds of the Members is required to adopt the amendments.
The YBA values your membership and thanks you for your service to the Association and your time in reacquainting yourself with the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws.

Summary of Revisions to the YBA Constitution and Bylaws
- Article IV. – Section 4.01 (a) (iii) – removed “well-located in attractive communities, with educational, recreational, religious, and shopping facilities accessible to all”, added accessible.
- Article IV. Section 4.01 (c) (i) – removed “established by the YBA and published in their Industry Stand Manual”, added as in the National Association of Home Builders’ Residential Construction Guidelines, (NAHB Performance Guidelines).
- Article IV. Section 4.01 (c) (iii) – removed “Contractor” added Consumer. Removed “Industry Standards Manual”, added NAHB Performance Guidelines.
