1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The York Builders Association located at 540 Greenbriar Road, York, PA 17404. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by:
Completing the online form found at www.YorkBuilders.com or if you require a paper form, they are available at the York Builders Association’s office at 540 Greenbriar Road, York, PA 17404.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, lost, or tampered with are void.

No cash alternative or substitution is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about Friday, February 6, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by phone call and email.
If the potential winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, fails to respond, or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner must be able to pick up prize at the York Builders Association’s office located at 540 Greenbriar Road, York, PA 17404, within 7 days of notification.

Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law).

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• technical errors, lost or delayed entries
• unauthorized human intervention
• incorrect or inaccurate entry information
• any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize acceptance

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation, receipt, or use of the prize.

9. Disputes

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively in Pennsylvania state or federal courts.
