The York Builders Association proudly announces the 2024 PEAK Achievement Awards winners, voted by industry professionals statewide and York County consumers. These prestigious awards celebrate excellence across the local building industry, recognizing outstanding achievements in building, remodeling, outdoor projects, design, marketing, and community service. The winners were honored at the 2024 PEAK Achievement Awards Banquet on May 16 at The Terrace at Heritage Hills Resort.
“Projects were judged by industry experts from across the state, making these winners truly representative of the best in their field as recognized by their peers,” said Laurie Lourie, Executive Vice-President of the York Builders Association. “YBA serves as a resource for all aspects of residential building in York County. Our members uphold high standards of quality craftsmanship and are committed to their industry and our community.”
In addition to industry recognition, the annual awards program features a public element, where local building and remodeling projects are voted on by the community through an online contest. This unique aspect, sponsored by Human Interest and Paytime, gives the community a direct say in recognizing excellence. The People’s Choice Contest was promoted on Facebook, targeting consumers in York County. Winners were determined based on the highest number of votes in their respective categories.
