14 new and remodeled homes, including outdoor projects in York County, will open their doors for free, self-guided tours on September 11 and 12, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. For three decades, the York Builders Association and its members have been hosting the York Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes is presented by long-time sponsor, Traditions Mortgage.
“It is always a lot of fun for us to showcase the great work our members do in the community,” said Haley Miller, YBA’s Director of Events. “Like most businesses, we paused in-person events in 2020, but at the same time found an opportunity to put together a Virtual Parade of Homes. While the virtual event was very well received, we know that homeowners & potential homeowners really love seeing designs and craftsmanship first-hand. We are grateful that members and consumers alike are eager to return to an in-person event this year.”
The Parade of Homes is free to the public – no tickets are needed. Consumers may start at any location and visit all 14 projects or just a few.
