The York Builders Association is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 PEAK Achievement Awards, honoring excellence across the local residential building industry. These awards recognize standout achievements in construction, remodeling, outdoor living, design, marketing, and community service, as selected by industry professionals and York County residents.
Winners in 36 categories were celebrated at the 2025 PEAK Achievement Awards Banquet, held on May 14, 2025, at Historic Shady Lane.
“These awards are a true mark of distinction,” said Laurie Lourie, Executive Vice President of the York Builders Association. “This year, we received a record number of entries, which speaks volumes about the incredible talent and dedication within our local building industry. The PEAK Awards not only honor quality craftsmanship and innovation but also reflect the pride our members take in serving the community.”
Each year, projects submitted by YBA members are judged by experienced professionals from across the country, ensuring that winners are selected through a rigorous and respected process.
The program also invites the public to take part in recognizing local excellence through the annual People’s Choice Award Contest, made possible by sponsors Human Interest and isolved. Promoted on Facebook, this popular contest gives the community a voice in celebrating their favorite local projects. Winners in each category were determined by the highest number of public votes.
