With your help we were able to grow our association by more than 70 new members in 2015. Last spring we organized a Membership recruitment event that last from April to May and through your connections, subs and clients you brought in over 30 of those new members.
What did this do for you?
Grew the number of exhibitors in the 2016 Home & Garden Show and increased the number of member exhibitors to a record number.
Added new member services like Human Resource consulting at member rates and affordable high-end photography and virtual tours for the PEAK Achievement Awards and the Parade of Homes.
More Gen X & Y members in leadership positions within their companies becoming active in YBA.
Expanded the interest in our Board of Directors, creating a waiting list.
Added new members to many of our committees.
Added more direct connections to dealers, suppliers and manufacturers of building industry products and services.
So, we ask you again for your support and help in raising the bar by bringing in 35 new members this Spring. Reach out to your fellow members and create your power team of 5. Help us reach our goal and well help you reach yours.

Attend the Membership Campaign Kick Off and gather your supplies and materials
Start calling, emailing and meeting with potential members
Use the YBA staff as your resource if you dont know we probably do
Share your story why did you join, what have you gained from being a member, what is your membership worth to you?
Collect completed applications and payments and submit to Melissa at the YBA office by May 27th
