York, PA – The York Builders Association (YBA) is bringing back the South Central PA Construction Expo for its second year, offering contractors, suppliers, and building industry professionals a full day of networking, education, and hands-on access to the latest tools and technologies.
The Expo will take place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Wyndham Garden York. Networking and seminars begin at 7:30 a.m. and the Exhibitor Hall will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contractors who pre-register with a valid Pennsylvania HIC number by October 7 receive free admission. Day-of admission is $45 at the door.

New for 2025, the Contractor Connection Breakfast will begin at 8 a.m. with a hot buffet and networking opportunities. Tickets are $15 per person and may be added to any Expo registration.
The South Central PA Construction Expo has quickly become a must-attend event for industry professionals across the region. This year’s expanded lineup includes more seminars, new speakers, and additional sessions designed to help contractors sharpen their skills and grow their businesses.

The event is presented by Lezzer Design Center and the York Builders Insurance Hub.
