Congratulations to Brad Rohrbaugh & Associates. Brad is the winner of the half day photo shoot courtesy of Hayman Studio for submitting his entry by the Early Bird Deadline. He is entering a gorgeous first floor remodel in the York Suburban School District. Brad is also participating in Chefs on Parade with Chef Darlene from Tapenade Bistro.
Another early entry comes from Red Oak Remodeling. They have entered an addition with a captivating wall of windows in the Red Lion School District.
Brad Rohrbaugh & Associates are first time Parade entrants. Brad is looking forward to showcasing his project to the public. He has partnered with fellow York Builders Association members, Franks Marble and Granite and Rojahn Company.
Red Oak Remodeling is a long time participant. Co-owner Lora Deller shares this about why they do the Parade every year, We participate in the Parade of Homes because its a great venue that allows potential customers to see our best workmanship. We get to be upfront and personal with every consumer that walks through the door. Its a very well-known event in York County that people look forward to year after year. In addition to attracting new clients its a great way to market to our past ones as well, showcasing our current projects.
There is still time to enter your remodel, new home, or outdoor living project in the Parade of Homes and Chefs on Parade. All types of homes single family, condos, town houses, and custom are welcome along with various remodeled and outdoor living projects. The mission of the Parade of Homes is to engage the community while showcasing the York Builders Association members and their products. Final entry deadline is July 15th.
