The York Builders Association will be holding the 8 and 4 hour lead based paint course as required by the EPA. If you are in need of the initial certification for lead based paint removal, the 8 hour course is required to obtain your Certified Renovator status. If you took the initial 8 hour lead based paint removal course, the 4 hours refresher course is required to maintain your Certified Renovator status.
