This award is part of the PEAK Achievement Awards, presented annually by YBA. Consumers in York County, along with industry professionals from across Pennsylvania have spoken and the York Builders Association is pleased to announce the 2021 PEAK Achievement Award winners. These awards recognize excellence in all aspects of the building industry, from building, remodeling, and outdoor projects to design marketing, and service to the community. Winners were honored at the 2021 PEAK Achievement Awards Banquet on September 16 at Wyndridge Farm in Dallastown.

In recognition of Professional Women in Building (PWB) Week Sept. 13-17, members of the York Builders Association and the YBA WorkforceNOW® initiative are calling for increased efforts to diversify the home building industry, which can help the systemic labor shortage.
York Builders Association Presents 2021 Parade of Homes
14 new and remodeled homes, including outdoor projects in York County, will open their doors for free, self-guided tours on September 11 and 12, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. For three decades, the York Builders Association and its members have been hosting the York Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes is presented by long-time sponsor, Traditions Mortgage.
