Exhibitor Info, Rules, and Regulations
Exhibitor agrees to the terms, conditions, rules and regulations set forth in the PDF. The York Builders Association has the full authority to make such further rules, amendments, and regulations as may be considered necessary or desirable for the safe and proper conduct of the Show. The York Builders Association has full authority to interpret and enforce all rules and regulations.
Certificate of Insurance Required
Certificate of Insurance listing the York Builders Association with the proper Home & Garden Show dates is required prior to set up. Your Certificate of Insurance is due December 1, 2023, or upon registration if after this time. If you have more questions about what is required on the COI, contact Haley at haley@yorkbuilders.com.
Electric Request
Electricity is $120 per hookup until January 15, 2024. After January 15, the cost increases to $150. Your purchase gives you access to one plug within the drop. You may use power strips for additional plugs. If you want to add electric service to your booth, please email Haley at Haley@yorkbuilders.com.
Photography Notice
Photographs will be taken throughout the event for the York Builders Association marketing purposes. By entering the arena you agree that your image may be used.
