The York Builders Association (YBA), York County’s leading resource for the home building and remodeling industry, is proud to announce the installation of Andrea Bledsoe, Director of Creative Sales at Print-O-Stat, as the 2025 President. Bledsoe will serve a one-year term, leading the Board of Directors to advance the association’s mission of promoting professionalism, education, and advocacy in the construction industry.
Andrea Bledsoe brings over 20 years of experience in the print industry to this leadership role, over half of those years with Print-O-Stat. As Director of Creative Sales, she oversees the company’s Signs and Graphics Division, Promotional Products and Apparel Division, and their East York and Hanover offices. Her career journey has taken her from Texas to Arizona and finally to Pennsylvania in 2013, where she joined Print-O-Stat as their first Creative Design Sales Specialist before advancing to manage multiple divisions in 2019.
An active and committed YBA member since 2013, Bledsoe has served on various committees, including as Chair of the Golf and Associates Committees. She joined the Board of Directors in 2015 and has held several leadership roles, including Associate Vice President and Vice President. Bledsoe is also involved with the Pennsylvania Builders Association, where she served as Associate Vice President and State Representative.
As President, Bledsoe aims to enhance the value of YBA membership, focusing on creating and improving services and programs that benefit all members. Her priorities include increasing member retention by offering more compelling reasons to stay involved and adapting the association’s offerings to the members’ evolving needs.
“Time is everyone’s most valuable resource, and our goal is to be the one organization members can’t live without,” said Bledsoe.
Bledsoe is passionate about workforce development, drawing inspiration from Print-O-Stat’s roots in the AEC world and its connection to the building and construction industry. She is motivated by the growing interest among young people in pursuing careers in construction, viewing it as a sign of progress in workforce development and awareness.
In addition to her involvement with YBA, Bledsoe serves as President of Greater Dover Area Dollars for Scholars, where she has been a board member since 2014. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her son at his soccer and volleyball games and participating in her book club.
Bledsoe will lead the YBA alongside Executive Vice President Laurie Lourie and a dedicated 20-member Board of Directors.
