Membership is $645 annually for Builder and Associate members.

By completing this online application you agree to abide by the York Builders Association Constitution, Bylaws, and Code of Ethics. You can request a copy of each by contacting the York Builders Association office.

Dues include: National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) dues of $198 and Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) dues of $185. Dues payments to the York Builders Association are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deducted as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to the exclusion of lobbying activity. Because a portion of your dues is used for lobbying by NAHB and PBA, $104.98 is non-deductible for income tax purposes in 2023.
