Tina Wilderman has been hired as the York Builders Association’s (YBA) Director of Member Services. YBA is a membership-based not-for-profit trade association focused on the residential building industry with approximately 370 member companies.
In her role, Wilderman will oversee membership recruitment and retention efforts, as well as the Insurance Hub programs. She will also be instrumental in managing and developing programs and events that benefit YBA members.
“We are excited to have Tina as a member of the team,” said YBA Executive Vice President Laurie Lourie. She has existing relationships with many of our member companies and within the business community in York County. Her work ethics and communication skills have already proven to be exceptional, and we look forward to taking our membership to the next level.”
Wilderman brings with her about twenty years of experience in employee management and finance. Her experience includes serving as the Manager for the York Builders Insurance Trust and a managerial role at a local banking company. She is a native York Countian and enjoys volunteer work.
