The York Builders Association (YBA), the York County PA community’s resource for the home building & remodeling industry, recently installed Dr. Teresa L. Gregory of Traditions Mortgage as the 2022 President.
Representative Stan Saylor installed Dr. Gregory, along with the 2022 YBA volunteer leadership team on January 19. Gregory will serve as President of the YBA Board of Directors for a term of one year.
Dr. Gregory is President of Traditions Mortgage, where she has been employed since 2010. Throughout her career, she has managed many areas of mortgage lending including origination, processing, underwriting, closing, secondary market, post-closing, and construction lending. She is the Vice-Chair of the ABA Mortgage Markets Committee, a member of the PA Bankers Lending Advisory Committee, and had previously served on the Federal Home Loan Bank’s MPF Advisory Board. Named one of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Women of Influence for 2017, Dr. Gregory is actively involved in the York Area Housing Group, currently serving as Treasurer. She has held various roles on the YBA Board of Directors and volunteer committees and is a member of the Crispus Attucks Real Estate Committee. Teresa is also a past Board member of York Benevolent, Community Progress Council, and Crispus Attucks. Traditions Bank has been a member of the York Builders Association since 2006.
