We want to be sure that participants have access to all of the information needed for a successful show in 2021! Additional info will be published as we get closer to the 2021 event.
EXHIBITOR INFO, RULES & REGULATIONS
Important updates have been made to our event cancellation policies as a direct result of COVID-19.
Participants should carefully review the exhibitor contract (link) before signing. While we will make every effort to ensure that “the show goes on,” our primary concern must always be the responsibility we have toward the health & safety of our exhibitors, our sponsors, volunteers, and team members and the consumers in attendance.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIRED
Certificate of Insurance listing the York Builders Association with the proper Home & Garden Show dates is required prior to set up. Please see the attached sample document to ensure we are provided the proper information and coverage. Your Certificate of Insurance is due December 1, 2020.
Electricity is $110 per hookup until January 1, 2021. On January 2, the cost increases to $135. Your purchase gives you access to one plug within the drop. You may use power strips for additional plugs. If you want to add electric service to your booth, please email Haley at Haley@yorkbuilders.com
