SHONNA CARDELLO WHITE ROSE SETTLEMENT SERVICES INCPresident
York County native Shonna Stock Cardello is a founding partner and President of White Rose Settlement Services Inc., which opened in 1996.Active in the title industry since 1992, she’s a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey and has earned the designations of Certified Land Title Professional and National Title Professional. Shonna serves in numerous capacities for the American Land Title Association and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. She’s active with the York County Builders Association and Pennsylvania Builders Association. She served as president for the charter year of the York Builders Association Women’s Council. That year, the council was recognized for a community service project overhauling Tindle House, a group home for boys through the Children’s Home of York. Shonna’s awards and recognitions include the two time RAYAC Affiliate of the Year for volunteerism, the Title Action Network Agent Recruiter of the Year, and the Title Industry Political Action Committee – Outstanding State Award.
Nick Sabold Sabold ConstructionVice-President
Nick Sabold is the owner of Sabold Construction and has been working locally in the industry for over two decades. At just 14 years-old, Nick started working summers for his Uncle at Bill Sabold Building and Remodeling. He continued on this career path by graduating from the York County School of Technology with a focus in carpentry and ultimately began working for his uncle full-time. Nick pursued his own business insurance and launched Sabold Construction where he started working part-time to build his own business in the evenings. In 2004, he purchased his own shop in Red Lion and has continued to commit himself to the industry and the community ever since. In 2006, Nick joined York Builders Association and YBA Remodelers Council. Since that time he has been an active member and participant in committees, the Remodeler’s Council, and served the Board of Directors in various roles. Some of Nick’s Awards & Achievements Include: • 2008 – Sabold Construction received a Grand Award for a basement remodel in the YBA RAE Awards • 2009 – Named February’s “Remodeler of the Month” in Remodeler Magazine • Volunteer firefighter for 25 years with the Yoe Fire Company/Current trustee • 2000 and 2016 – Yoe Fire Company Member of the Year In his free time, Nick likes helping others in the community and spending time with his family. BRANDON KNAUB CAMEO SERVICES INC.Secretary/Treasurer
Born and raised in York County, Brandon is VP Business Development for Cameo Services, Inc.. Years of building relationships in Central Pennsylvania has led to many new job opportunities for our family owned and operated emergency service restoration company. Prior to joining the family business, Brandon was a student athlete at the University of Missouri where he was offered a full scholarship on the golf team. He later competed nationally as a professional golfer on various tours including the PGA Tour. His travels took him all over the country and his love for competition developed into a passion that can be carried over to the business world. Qualities in sport and business are very similar where attention to detail, positive attitude in any situation, and ability to adapt with a changing environment are what drives him for success. When out of the office, you will most likely find Brandon with his two children Makensy and Pearson on or around a golf course. He enjoys living an active lifestyle, being outdoors, and coaching his children’s youth teams. In the past, Brandon served as a Board Member for the Dallastown Youth Basketball Organization which registers up to 600 local youth basketball players annually and gives them the opportunity to learn and grow through sport.
Andrea Bledsoe Print-O-StatAssociate Vice President
Working hands-on in the print industry for more than a decade, Andrea is the Creative Design Sales Specialist for Print-O-Stat. She moved to Pennsylvania in 2013, returning to her husband’s hometown to put down permanent roots before their son started elementary school. Andrea serves the York Builder's Association on the Board of Directors, the Golf Committee and chairs the Associates Committee. A believer in making a difference in one’s community, she is on the Steering Committee for Women Living United and is the Vice President of the Greater Dover Area Dollars for Scholars. Andrea represents the creative side of the company: signs and graphics, digital and press printing, promotional products and apparel. Having held many positions within the industry, she can advise on all aspects of a printed project to help clients make informed decisions. In business since 1954, Print-O-Stat is a prime resource for a variety of businesses and industries including construction, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, design, as well as retail consumers. They specialize in guiding information of all types through its lifecycle — whether in the acquisition, planning, creating, printing, distributing or management phases. Print-O-Stat's divisions include Printing and Archiving Services, Wide Format Machine Sales and Service, Geospatial Solutions, and Software Solutions.
JASON BARSHINGER EMBEE & SON INC.Immediate-Past President
Jason started working in the family construction business at a young age. After graduating from West Chester University in 1999, he managed office operations and created a website for the family business. In 2003, he and dad Michael Barshinger formed embee & son, inc., which offers cabinetry, flooring, and more. Jason oversees operations at both embee & son, inc. and Michael Barshinger Builder/Developer, Inc. He and wife Whitney have two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, being active outdoors, and auto racing.

Laurie has been with the York Builders Association since 2014. She oversees association operations, works with the board and executive committee and runs the office. She’s a past winner of the Small Office Executive Officer of the Year Award through the National Association of Home Builders. Laurie has worked in the building industry for nearly 25 years.

With a degree in business administration and travel and tourism and having previously worked for a Chamber of Commerce, she enjoys interacting and building relationships with business owners.

Haley is responsible for managing the activities of the office and coordinating logistics for many YBA events. Haley has her B.S. in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Millersville University. Before joining the YBA team, Haley worked for another local builders association, so she brought with her some great experience in the industry and planning/execution insight into events like the Home & Garden Show.
